What type of vinyl do you use?

I use a high performance, premium quality vinyl developed for computer cut graphics for vehicles, window decals and long term application on flat or slightly curved surfaces. The vinyl has a high grade solvent based adhesive that allows set application and a clean removal. The durability to the outside is 8 years for black and white and 7 years for coloured vinyl. 

 Can I place a custom order?

Of course you can! Send us an email via our contact page and I will try my absolute best.

Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?

If your order has been placed but not created changes and cancellations can be made. Please contact me immediately if this is the case.

What payment methods can I use?

Orders can be paid via a debit/credit card or a PayPal account.  A receipt will be emailed to you after you order has been placed. If there is any discrepancies please contact us immediately.

Is local pickup available?

I am located in Golden Bay Aproximately 50km's south of Perth. It is located on the coast line half way between Rockingham and Mandurah. 

 I am more then happy to offer local pick up as an option (however please note that it is a new estate and the street directory has not been updated). If you would like local pick up please use the code LOCALPICKUP and we will email you our address.

FREE GIFTS

Where possible I like to make our customers smile. So I often place added little extras into our orders.  Unfortunately I am unable to exchange any free gift you receive for another item or credit.

POSTAGE AND SHIPPING

All items will be posted within 2 weeks. Postage will be via Australia Post (untracked). Alternatively if you would like your decal sent via registered post please add registered post to the cat for an additional $2.90. For small items such as decals postage is only $2, for larger items postage is $8.00. 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

When purchasing please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges if you change your mind. If there is an issue with your order please email us and we will offer an exchange or refund. Please contact Made To Play with 14 days via our email located on the CONTACT US page if this is the case.
